Our extended service plan gives you 2 full years of both quality parts and professional installation. It gives you the peace of mind you need when buying any Multi-System product. We guarantee that your product will operate properly according to manufacturer's specs for 2 full years from the date of purchase.

Terms of coverage:

You are entitled to unlimited number of repairs for the particular item you have extended service for. If a repair cannot be done in a reasonable amount of time we will exchange for a similar item at no cost to you.

Extended plan can be bought at time you purchase the item or up to 30 days after the purchase date. We do not sell any extended plans for any item after 30 days from original purchase date have elapsed.

We ONLY sell extended warranties for items bought from us.

Extended plans will cover only the specific item it is purchased for. You will get a receipt with your item’s information, date of purchase and other important information for your records.

Any item that needs any service, repair or upgrade must be sent to us properly packed, shipping prepaid. After the repair we will ship the item back to you at no charge by UPS ground.

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the extended warranty plan. If not we will refund you the cost of the extended plan if you return it within 90 days of purchase
